When I talk about things like that, it shows me how well-versed I've become in all the administrative qualities. I think that's because I am always trying to get that insider role. At work, I would hang out with the managers and be their friends more than their employee. I talk with my instructors, I am friendly and sociable. But I usually choose to work with my superiors rather than against them. I have authority problems, but I try to ignore them for the sake of my career.
